Here is what I mean by fix dynasty… Small detail based "quality of life" dynasty fixes that should be made asap. Stats/Menus Fix the "my school" screen to update accurately every week. Things are seriously buggy with that menu. The wrong calculation stats are being displayed for various positions The stats are not updating appropriately. Through 2 games I have given up 2 sacks yet my sacks allowed says 24. I have 7 sacks on defense through 2 games, but the my school says I have 10.... yet my playing style for a power rusher is F even though 7 is good for top 25 in the country through those first 2 weeks. The depth charts automatically flip all left and right positions for some weird reason... All your RE's will be on LE and visa versa. The "my school" screen grade for conference prestige does not match the top conferences graphic on the right hand side of the screen. Which one is correct? No one knows. The training results menu literally does not tell you training results... it just tells you your current player's ratings.... not how much they have progressed or regressed. missing a school/coach info screen that shows you all your pipeline levels, my school ratings, rankings in various areas and most importantly all your school's rivals. No menu showing all teams in the NCAA in terms of prestige ranks, offensive and defensive and ST ratings ranks.... would be nice to sort this by conference as well This would especially be nice since teams can get DELETED fom the universe in custom conference phase.... being able to track total teams would be an easy indicator to see if this happened to you. You can't view season stat totals from awards screens no way to monitor wear and tear at the team level as the season progresses. You have to click in to each individual player.... no alerts for dangerous situations. practice doesn't always show up yards per completion" is brought out to SIX decimal places! downs played does not show up in box score pancakes do not show up in box score no alerts for player level ups no alerts for assistant coach level ups cannot attach a custom playbook to a coach.... can only use the pre made ones for simming. I know you can use a playbook when in team selection screen but what about when you sim and want to use your same playbook's logic? cannot view player cards in depth chart.... but you can in view roster.... why are these different?! cannot view development traits in depth chart because you cannot see player card.... these should be added to the main screen as they are essential to team building. When you are in position changes and you view a player card, it kicks you out of position changes and into a view roster screen when you return from viewing the player card. You then have to exit that view roster screen and go back to position changes You can not view player cards of incoming freshman during position change phase.... so you have to make those important decisions without knowing dev trait because the game does not show you dev trait in any other spot besides the player card. When you use the right stick to scroll through the "play game" stories, your last week's graphic will stay up while the right up at the bottom refers to your upcoming game. Custom Conferences and Schedules Teams can get lost forever in custom conference phase..... they disappear never to return again.... you can tell which ones because when you go to custom schedules they will show up with generic EA logos just like the FBS schools... this appears to happen when you add divisions to a conference and then remove teams from a conference without first removing the divisions. conference rules allow you to play up to 12 conference games but when you get into custom schedules, the max you can play is 9.... this breaks cpu scheduling and many users are left unable to edit schedules when you create divisions among conferences, the games menus do not acknowledge them and instead only show you the initial division as representing the entire conference.... so if you care about a team on the other side of the conference you are out of luck as far as comparing amongst the conference.... no recruiting class ranks, no team stat ranks, no coach stat ranks... thank god the conference standings actually have both divisions. custom conference UI cannot handle it when you delete a conference.... the headers get all messed up and you lose the ability to edit the conference all the way to the right.... usually sunbelt.... so then they are forever un-editable Once you remove a conference by moving all of it's teams they are forever gone... you cannot add a conference back in. This is gamebreaking because once a conference is gone, there header position gets removed on the "lb/rb" conference swapping menu, but the game still treats it like they should be there.... essentially the conference to the right of whichever one you removed will take over that spot in that header section, which means the conference all the way to the right (sunbelt) gets perminantly removed from that header section, meaning you cannot edit them. Recruiting proximity to home does not accurately track. At UMass I am getting B+ grades for in state kids but A+ for New Jersey kids. AI recruiting dows not know how to evaluate players that are not being recruited and then target them.... this is why we see so many 3 and 4 star players untouched.... the AI will gladly take those 2 stars that show up in the recommended tab instead. As the user you never have to worry about ever needing to recruit a 2 star.... this feels real bad as a 1 star program. You told us you didn't want us to have to use house rules this time! When you are in the recruiting screens there are so many times where the text of the recruiting action wraps over other text..... it just looks like an unpolished mess. Playing style is not attached to positions, instead it is just your overall team stats..... so if you dont feature TE's at all, you can still have A+ play style for a TE. Missing/broken Features Time does not appear to pass in the offseason.... injury recovery time does not improve. If you have an injury that lasts past the last week of the current season you will then see it at the start of the next season with no recovery progress.... plus the player does not train (but that part at least makes sense IF he was actually injured that whole time.... the problem is time does not appear to pass in the offseason so injuries cannot recover. Ever wonder how the engine selects which moments you play? There are games out there that let you customize which types of moments you would like to jump into. This would be fantastic for keeping that game loop going while in long term dynasty. coach carousel with offers that logically make sense.... if i go 2-10 at 1 star NIU, I am not going to get a HC offer at 3 star Indiana as a level 4 coach over other level 25+ coaches who are also on the interest list. no auto mass subs no formation subs no proper cpu v cpu coach mode..... and yes i know its in the settings but have you tried it? The QB's lose all of their pocket movement, scrambling and will only hand the ball off on read options.... EVERY TIME! It's like there is different logic being used for the USER AI and the CPU AI..... it makes no sense. We see AI QB's are able to do these things for the CPU but for the user in "coach mode" they cannot. no general run v pass coach preference settings when simming Auto subs flat out do not work when simming.... your subs will not play. I even set my QB to 90 sub out and 89 sub in because I wanted to do a two qb option system in sim..... nope. Backup never sees the field even though my starter was out there running the option every play and should have been subbed out at 90%. xp sliders have little to no effect on player progression. I have put all of my position players down to 2 on the xp scale and there are still monster gain up to the low 80's, and then they taper off. This is why we have so much parody in the league and why there are no dominant teams and why upsets are happeneing so much..... ratings are all watered down and everyone is a high 70-low 80 at minimum..... oh and this is with coach xp at slowest.... if I turn that up at all we start to get ridiculous levels of training boost stacking for the entire league. There are so many more.... I am just tired. Feel free to add your favorite ones to the rant. And at the end of the day, this game still finds a way to be fun! Here is to hoping they take fixing this seriously and show some pride in their attention to detail!

@@Dmgaming5 I was beating some team with the bruins and was up 30 points and my offense was all subbed out. They ended up coming back but I was to lazy to put the starters back in lol. The big difference tho was I was siming defence to save time. I hae noticed tho by doing that the other team scores a lot less often( probably due to less user error )and the deffence rating might be strict during sim meaning if my deffence is 87 and there offense is 87 deffence will get the better of them more often

The reason Editing the Numbers is SO IMPORTANT because It helps you keep the Dynasty feeling realistic. 1. I’m a LSU fan , the players who get to wear 7 and 18 are a huge deal to LSU football, we even had a WR lose his number “7” in the middle of the season for poor play. It’s that serious , so it’s an oversight that takes away from the experience. 2. I’m in a Group online Dynasty with Rutgers , in year 4 I finally start getting better recruits, I land a 4star QB (ath)💎 with 97 speed and off the charts accuracy and throw power…. They made him number 25……. It looks weird and it does take away from the experience. So much of a college football game is about the experience, the feel , i understand not editing real player numbers but the players I recruit? Makes no sense
Its about the option, if theres edit recruit/player it brings MORE not less to the mode, you always have the option to not use it And its not just white corners but the realism of who makes up college football its skewed cuz 2 skin tones/ hair combo make recruits look South Asian😂 i have never seen one in CFB real life but its like 40% of the players If they didn’t have the white folks hair on the darker skin we probably wouldn’t care but man my team lookin like a cricket squad is insane I want my players to look like what they do in real life, majority white n black, good % of Islanders etc If they changed to more buzz cuts and less Combovers on brown skin players it would do alot, we can change the names if necessary
My guy because YOU don’t want to edit players doesn’t mean others don’t. It’s just like every other sports game if you don’t want to edit them you don’t have to it’s that simple. And before anyone says anything about NIL you can literally do it with team builder teams

They aren't gonna do that because of NIL they may give you created player in other installments but editing is just grounds this game will probably never touch because of their past.

My biggest beef with an otherwise brilliant game is how players’ season stats are buried. Is that hard to include them on their profile and awards screens?
I think that was just a function that just missed in the grand scheme of things it will definitely be there at worst installments going forward. I can deal with that to have the game back.
The ability to edit new recruits. Not their stats but their appearance from color, body composition, number. It just feels like the stuff we had in 14 would have been easy to port over
It's funny that what you think is fun or good in your eyes should be good for everybody else. People mentioned these things because it's important to them and you shouldn't be blasting them for wanting what they want. I'm sure people wanting to edit the looks of players are the players where they look nothing like themselves in the game. You rag on all this stuff but if I'm paying $70 for a game it should be in the game. Offline you should have all this stuff in the game.
Love the content brotha but I gotta refute a few things 1) Face edits- generally speaking they did a good job with the variety, but some of the face scans just look plain silly, I wanna be able to change that 2) Rating Edits- progression is broken in this game and I want the ability to go in and lower guys ratings, I also play a Role play system where guys can get in trouble or slack off and I will lower their ratings and some guys have training breakthroughs and get a slight bump, you don’t have to use it but that makes the game interesting to me as they don’t have stuff like that built into it 3) Number Edits- there have been instances where guys come in with weird Numbers and players that transfer in change numbers and guys that play on the same side of the ball have the same number (which is not allowed) so their logic behind not being able to edit them ourselves is broken The point we are trying to get across is they sold us this as the “ultimate college football sandbox” we just want the level of depth to customization that they promised us.
The dummies that would edit players would create non opt in players or recreate a player that opted in that’s the reason we lost the game in the first place.

My main issue is the progressive lighting during a game. No reason why I start a game at 6 and it’s the same lighting at the end. It should be fully dark by the 3rd quarter.
EA allow us to play games with non-user teams! Why is this so hard!? Maybe I just wanna play the natty when I don’t make it, or play a game with a big recruit that went somewhere else. This is so stupid!

I really hope that they put in a mid game save for days when you’re in the middle of a game and you suddenly have an emergency and can’t finish the game. also add a trophy room to reflect back on your accomplishments.

They need to fix the custom conferences, custom schedules, and add protected rivalries like they said was in the game to begin with. Those things not being correct kill Dynasty for me.
In dynasty mode, the way players get xp is broken. Sim gaming network has a video on this. After 4 years in dynasty there is so many more 80+ overall players. It’s not realistic at all.
@@wscottwalters74 yes but even if you put them at zero. It literally has no effect. They still gain rediculous amounts of xp. So unless you watched the video. You can’t just say adjust the sliders. They were tested at 0, 100, and 200.
@@Betelguese94 Testing at the extremes isn’t really a proper way to test. You tend to break things at the extremes rather than prove a theory. I’m using a decent set of sliders and haven’t noticed any excessive growth, and that’s recruiting mostly gems, 4- and 5-stars. The one thing I think is overkill is switching fast WRs to HB for a +10 jump.
@@wscottwalters74 It has nothing to do with XP sliders. That's like 10% of what is happening. Even at 0 players still progress. It's the coaches. Basically you need to put in a system to cap coaches at lower levels because what happens is they all keep adding abilities until they reach level 50 and then you have a bunch of juiced up players.

Actually you're wrong. I have 3 people on my team with number 0i edited number 17 on Florida and it made LJ McCray 0 along with Shariff Denson and JaQuavion Fraziers have 0 as well. The automatic editing of numbers is awful
No . Give the player full customization 😂wtf I should be able to edit non NIL players EVERYTHING . It’s a weird flex not to have it in the game . If you choose to do it cool if not that’s cool as well . Options should just be there
U really hate having the ability to fully edit players 😂. It's been in previous games and it exists in madden so idk why u wouldn't want it. Customization is another fun aspect. I just want better presentation; I will go more in depth later. heisman trophy presentation similar to how madden is doing with this years draft. Spring game, and rushing the field/tear down goalpost. Also add more mascots and real fcs schools. I mean i enjoy the game but let's be realistic this game is far from perfect. Dynamic weather and add the shiesty. Kaidon salter looks weird without wearing the shiesty.

I can see why people want to edit the appearance. Since there’s no create a prospect, some people want to create themselves and have them go thru the school without the RTG storyline
In Dynasty i concur with the Spring Game and Fall Practice. I think that you should be able to set up your audibles for your formations in the coaching options so you dont have to set them every game. I think they shpuld make the menus for your recruiting board more streamlined. Its a small nitpick but it can be very difficult to keep up with the guys on your board and its not easy to go to the prospect list and see if you need guys at that position. Like your board should show on the side when you go by position so you can see whos on your board so you can make decisions.
My RBs wearing teen numbers is kinda weird to me depending on the #. I hate the #19 for everything except WR. Let me change #s and I can be straight with that
They need to fix DBS and safeties. They won't Highpoint or attack the ball! I can't tell you how many times the quarterback throws ball right over their head and they do nothing until the receiver catches it. The switch stick feature would actually solve this but they have it fucking locked up once the ball is in the air!
Well, I’m convinced the source code for this game has all the missing stuff implemented. Its just disabled, some of it with comments // Save for CFB 26 and some with comments // Save for CFB 27. This is EA “milking” the product. I’ll wait for this to go on sale, sounds like a bargain bin only game. CFB 26 will be an improvement but be realistic; this game wont include all these fixes, features for a few years.
Edit Jerseys/numbers ,if I make a change on my depth chart please let my changes stay the same, mass subs and fumble recoveries I can’t tell you how many times guys just look at a fumbled ball

Dynamic crowd needs work, from sounds and attendance. A team that has very little attendance shouldn’t sound like I’m playing at the #1 toughest place. Crowd attendance is not truly dynamic, yes lower rank school have little attendance but if a team is losing the crowd should start leaving and it shows. Been enjoying RTG and there are some bugs I’ve noticed that I hope gets fixed
Spring Game, Trophy case and customize our coaches with gear like in old games..I'm liking the game it's just so much more it's missing and they have to add in a patch or like I'm thinking they used this game as a base so next year it's going down I hope
Right I’m in a dynasty with Marshall and the dynamics works just fine and also in the colder seasons it’s actually cold in West Virginia and it portrays that in the game
I’m sure most of us mean appearances when we say edit recruits, like the white corner thing. Yeah you don’t have to recruit them but when 80% of the 3 star and up recruits are white kids, it is unrealistic. We ain’t that fast 😂. If it were safeties it would be a little more understandable but corner makes it weird.
If you didn't know already, they can't because of the NIL rules. They can't have the real players exported to a Madden game. Easy way to solve that would be for them to code in no export draft classes for the first 5 years.
A grey shirt is an incoming college freshman who postpones his enrollment in classes until the second term of his freshman year. This means they don’t take classes until the winter term. The NCAA allows college athletes five years to complete four years of eligibility after initial enrollment. I didn't write this, it won't allow me to credit where I got it from.
The thing I want most is historic teams and I want it to be earned online in ranks too from weakest to best and my favorite team and it could work for like a classic dynasty too or for against your friends and imagine how many more team options you’ll have with legends of the game and my favorite is Kentucky and after 2021 Kentucky got their 10 wins took away I think the only candidates are 2018 Kentucky because of Josh Allen De not qb is breaking out in the nfl and Benny snell dominated against some top teams including Penn state while some big moments was ending the streak in the swamp while also getting 10 wins in 41 years. I see them as a lower overall tier 3 classic team. The other is 1998 Kentucky because Tim Couch was 4th in votes for heisman and he was one of the best college sec qb’s ever while being the 6th Kentucky player inducted in the college football hall of fame and only #1 draft pick while having an insane passing completion %
Just finding your channel so I’m late on this. I want to be able to audible with my RTG QB being that you only get three plays to choose from. You’ll get all running plays and you can see the blitz coming but can’t change to a pass.
Exactly and Iv played around with this and figured them out and I gotta say some of them are reversed. You think you’re putting a slider up to 100 and it’s making it worse not better which confuses me. For example trying to edit fumbles is actually ball security. So the higher it is the less fumbles you will have when in the past I thought me lowering the slider “fumbles” meant less fumbles and it’s the opposite. Also user and cpu “pass coverage” is also reversed. On zero the corners are glued to receivers and at 100 there is a lot more separation etc…
@@Dmgaming5 this was more of a school’s team mgmt tool. If they knew they are going to redshirt an incoming frosh, they would tell them to wait til following spring so they could carry an extra upperclassman scholly during the fall season that would have a Dec graduation date. Gray shirts have almost gone by wayside now. In most cases now, they want freshman graduating HS early and enrolling for spring semester in college, of what would normally be their last semester of HS. That way they can participate in spring practice. Gray shirt is still technically a thing; but almost nonexistent anymore. This was to benefit the team, not so much the incoming player. Quite a few players over the yrs were able, once finding out that was the team intention, changed their minds and were able to get released from their letter of intent and go elsewhere and not have to wait.
I’m having issues with my team builder players number changing every season or for example my RB was wearing 28….then I get in the game and he’s all of a sudden wearing 12
For some reason… in year 3 of a Dynasty.. i have had to purchase Motivator three times. The purchases i made in Motivator are active but a bug has cost me a total of 45 points! I was hoping that the CPU knew i had previously spent the $$ to unlock it. This happened in another Skill where I purchased it, i had to again, but the points were not deducted. Unless I am missing something and it cost me 15 to get to the guru? Absolutely love the game, but EA has done a horrible job explaining the nuances of the game. Last point and i just want to edit the Numbers not the ratings. A RB # 88? Yep i moved him from WR..but not a deal breaker I know we are forced to live in a snowflake world. But ‘Joshua Weinstein’ as a 4 star RB has happened .001% in college football.. agreed- not a biggie. And this game is 9.5 out of 10. GREATEST ever
MASS SUBS AND Edit Player #s. I'm with you, I'm pursuing a CB, WR, HB all with 98/99 speed and I'd rather land them as is rather than make up a generational player. It robs the game. But, I picked up a 90 overall QB from the Transfer Portal and he wore #24. It's been done (Doug Flutie 22, Bernie Kosar 20) but it's not for me lol
Can't edit numbers because of NIL players have in their contract their appearances, numbers, and attributes can not be tweaked, which makes it impossible to edit even after they all graduate.
As a offline dynasty guy I’m enjoying the game and I hope EA don’t allow editing to attributes. It’s really the casuals that’s doing all the complaining and that’s the same group that ruined Madden and NBA 2K.
I miss creating my own recruiting classes on 2014. I would edit about 30 different players and then only go after one of them in recruiting and let random other teams get the rest of the players I would create. Fun times and made my dynasties very balanced with good players across the country. 2014 days 🥲😂
