This was super helpful , thanks Laura! What are your thoughts on filters (while filming or adding later)? I feel like they make my video quality worse but for others it seems to look fine. Must be the editing process maybe?

Hey Simone! Glad you liked it! I don't recommend using filters, instead doing just a touch of color correction. So if you're using inshot you can increase the exposure a bit if the setting is a bit dark, or add a touch of contrast. This helps the footage look better without compromising quality by adding a filter (especially if you use filters from other apps, each time you export and add it would reduce quality)

once you download the videos you edited in inshot is it pretty easy to upload them onto mailerlite? Also, if you manage to get into a contract with a brand and you've agreed on what you're going to create for them, how do you typically send them the final version? Do you get paid before you send, or after? or perhaps half upfront and half after?

Hey android user here. Is it true that my videos will always be lesser quality on Instagram? Unless I upload to my computer and export to my phone then upload? Instagram was coded for iphones I know this but I'm not ready to invest in an iphone! I LOVE my android

nope! When exporting you select the size and quality you want to export at, I always do 4k and the highest settings

Hi. When you export it from inshot to upload in instagram reels, do you export it with 1080p resolution, 30fps? Or do you keep it at 4k 60fps? Thank you.

Hey girl! Front cameras on every phone model tend to be a little less quality than back camera. I know it’s harder to film with the phone turned around but it does end up looking much better! 🤗
