I swear hitting the lil mini powerband, approaching top speed on a rinky dink moped feels like you're about to be unalived lmao. At this point top speed is literally being dictated by the rev limiter...pretty good.
-Tomos a55 (2 speed - 2 stroke)
-70 cc airsal big bore kit
-Jammer 1st gear clutch
-Super deluxe 2nd gear clutch
-Mikuni Vm18 (80 main - 20 idle)
-MLM Cali expansion pipe

Loved watching your build I got a very similar set up The only difference is I’m using vm18 + PHBG intake 70/17.5 And a biturbo pipe, stock clutch and I hit 45-47 very fast very fun

Get the hpi ignition+ flywheel kit, 21mm intake, red 2 gear & yellow 1st there's a rpm conversion chart on mopedarmy. I prefer hill climbers like yours tbh but those should be your next upgrades. I had the same setup as you plus my recommendation but with a different pipe and stock 13mm intake with a del sha carb, topped out at 49mph

Yeah... I figured it'd hit 40mph. It actually might 45-5Xmph given a bit more time/distance. Kitted peds have been known to do around 70mph. The pipe you have is probably a low to midrange pipe. Check mopedarmy. Synching four carbs almost seems like magic, tunning mopeds or 2t bikes in general is like pure mechanical wizardry.

Oil pumps come stock but are normally taken off for better reliability

@@DankoStojanovic 40mph on a little Tomos which has a standard top speed of around 25mph and weigihing about 125 lbs will give you that adrenaline rush. That Triumph Triple was designed to go 100+mph. 🤣
