This news story intentionally omitted mention of the second man who assisted in the rescue on the subway tracks. There were actually two heroes: Jordan and another individual, who happened to be a Black man. Both of these courageous individuals deserve full recognition and praise for their selfless actions. Jordan, the news failed to mention that man, and you also decided to take all the credit. All in all, thank you to Jordan and his fellow rescuer for saving this man's life. Their bravery and quick thinking were instrumental in the rescue, and both deserve to be acknowledged and celebrated for their heroic deeds regardless of what they look like.

This is so sad. What's even more sad is the mindset of these young women today. What would provoke a 24yr old mother choose to get involved with a man who is already behind bars for manslaughter, therefore, she already knew that he wasn't someone she should allow in her and her child's life. One who truly dedicates themselves to their children would also have them making far better choices and be more cautious about who we let in our lives because they will also be in the child's life. Now she put herself in harms way and has now laid out a path that is going to to negatively affect her childs life. Father, I pray that You cover and protect the child and make them feel Your unconditional love, in Jesus name.
