Visit Solana Beach, CA near San Diego and Hike on Annie's Canyon Trail, Have lunch at Pizza Port & Discover Cedros Avenue & The Belly up Tavern!
Jaycation visits Solana Beach and discovers the many outdoor activities tourists and locals can do in this beautiful San Diego Beach Town. Jay Jay starts off at the San Elijo Lagoon and visits Annie's Canyon Trail. After a nice hike we dine at the original Pizza Port for lunch for some slices! After we hop on the skateboard to Fletcher Cove to enjoy some amazing views of the beach and take in the beauty of San Diego. From Fletcher Cove we skate over to Cedros Avenue, Solana Beach's famous Design district full of home decorating stores, designer clothes brands and a few quaint coffee shops! The famous venue the Belly Up Tavern also happens to be on Cedros!
We end the video skating passed the Solana Beach Train Station then head over to South Cardiff to end the video!

Hurrah, you’ve been to Solana beach! It’s a shame Covid closed the canyon- it’s amazing! There are so many places to go. You could do a video just on places to eat! Great video! You have to careful with the tides…that beach isn’t always wide-waves can be smashing against those cliffs. Love your videos!

I live, in Solana Beach! I go to Earl Warren Middle School, I like Del Mar beach) Fletcher Cove, Secret Beach) You can go to St. James school, Earl Warren Middle School, SFC. You can go to the brigantine or Annie’s Canyon, or San Ellison Laggoon

For authentic San Diego, go inland and hit a bar in Santee or Lakeside. The music scene here is incredible. North Park is the best spot period. All the touristy crap doesn't do these locations justice. Solana Beach aint bad. Don't get me wrong. But check out the live music scene in San Diego county. This is authentic San Diego. Big metal and rock scene. Belly Up is a badass place. So is SOMA, The Merrow, Brick by Brick, The Tower Bar, Until Two, and many other bars with live music. San Diego has an incredible live music scene. It can't be beat. Better than LA. Also, check out the Maritime Museum downtown. Take the Bay Tour/Boat ride. It's incredible. Well worth the ten bucks extra. The Gaslamp district has lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. What happens in the Gaslamp is told to generations. Coronado is also another excellent spot. It's incredible. There is no shortage of good times in San Diego county. I recommend going for the local flavors rather than the tourist spots.
