They just pretended to be toxic for here. Here is the description to the post: First of all I still think being toxic or pretending to be toxic is wrong in coop. However, on a hindsight I believe my actions could've let to certain person on an edge and if that was true I should've apologized to that person too. Today the person on the video(same person on the thumbnail) came to me to apologize about the actions made on yesterday's video. We both apologized about what actions could lead to consequences and decided to be on good terms. Don't be too harsh to the person on the video plz :)

Reminder/s: Please try to dodge as much as you can.. Healers can't heal you forever. Our skills have cooldown too. Also, healers please dodge too. If you die, your whole team might as well... Wait till everyone has loaded in before starting the domain.. I've encountered so many people who don't wait and starts the domain without me or without the other people.

something that annoys me is when I match an artifact domain and when they claim the rewards they just leave the domain and wait for me to start again, I wish the continue challenge button didn’t have a cooldown

Also can I say: please wait for like at least 10 seconds after someone joins the world before sending the domain invite. Console players load slower, even if their character appears they can still have a loading screen on their end. Wait 10 seconds or until they start moving around, whichever is faster. BTW: You can use Gorou to find out if they're loaded in. Use his skill, if the paw symbol appears over the character's head it means they're loaded. If it doesn't, they're still on a loading screen.

almost all of my coop experiences are silent. no one types anything in the chat box and if everyone dies we’ll just try again2 until we finish it. one time i brought my lvl 60 yanfei in a lvl 90 domain and no one complained even tho i died huhu. im truly grateful that ive never met a single toxic player in coop 😭

I remember using Sayu in azdaha co-op. The ayaka user said we need a healer, Childe user said sayu IS a healer. Then she went on a rant if it is strong enough. In the end, that ayaka user is the only one who died while all of us finished it :D

So there was this one time where we were doing a domain So two people entered who knew English(one was a venti main, the other had diluc) And then there's that one person who had a Japanese name(written in kanji) Their name was桜(and it meant Sakura aka cherry blossom) So we entered the domain And the Venti main started to chat asking us all to gather on one spot(which was quite effective) I realized the person named Sakura not replying and going the other side And the Venti main got into real ire and rage. Called her weird names and called her a newbie and things I'd rather not disclose. I didn't like that behaviour so I told them to stop and that they might not understand English. I talked to Sakura in Japanese and boom they replied. Sometimes people would be quiet because they wouldn't understand English Not everyone does know English and we should respect that That's why usually in co-op I either stay quiet or send emojis Also I kicked Venti main out the second we finished the first domain run Diluc main was quite chill (I was a translator between both though😭)

I wanted to use Amber for fun in a coop domain but the host said "No Amber." Even though my Amber is at a level 90, I was still trying to work on leveling her talents. Another time a Hu Tao main called everyone trash because we weren't doing enough damage like them. We won, bur they said "Enjoy your carry" then left. An Itto main insulted me for using Geo Lumine. I always main Lumine because she's the mc in my main account and I wanted to be immersive. I'm trying to make my characters stronger so I wouldn't rely on co op anymore. I met nice players, but I'm at the point where I don't want to meet other players who take this game so seriously that they feel the need to bash other players.

I have not coop for a long time but most of the time, the coop members were nice. My most memorable moment was when I was AR20 and Eric from Phillippines helped me until I was about AR30. Every time I logged in, he'll join my world and he helped me chest hunt, fight bosses and the world quest. He was the most patient person ever because I was such a slow dumb newbie and he'd never get angry at me for being slow climbing the hills or something while he waited for me to arrive where we needed to be. So thank you Eric and all the coop players who helped me in the early game! Now I'm AR53 and I try to go around helping lower AR player. Pay the kindness forward I hope.

Reminds me of the time I carried a Co Op session with Kaeya. Everyone died and I was the only one left and I was still building him, but I managed to pull through and complete the domain, it's even funnier because everyone cheered me on lol

I am one of those player who change the character and get ready last. I simply like to play co-op with good team synegy. So I usually analyze their character choices and then I choose a character that will benefit for the entire team the most.

Despite the conflicts,Sometimes i feel like im the only one saying “Tysm have a great day!” “Ty for helping” with emotes and never disband co op without letting everyone out of the domain and say thanks to them if im the host……..am i too polite for the world

They should add a spectator mode when you’re dead in the domain

So today, I joined someone in co op who was completely toxic to me. They asked me where was my Yoimiya and when I said I didn't have one, they started laughing at me. Then, when I pulled out my Raiden to help them beat the pyro regisvine, he said 'stop' and said I was bullying him by pulling out my Raiden. He played Yoimiya for the regisvine and did absolutely nothing but sit there. Then he said my Raiden was weak even though he didn't do anything. I told him to show me his Raiden and he said his was lvl 1 and did 100000k per crit. I told him to prove it and he didn't pull his Raiden out. Honestly, idk how people deal with co ops like this sometimes.

You know what pisses me off is when you're playing Kokomi in co-op and someone is about die and you put your jellyfish AND THEN THEY RUN AWAY??? I'm trying to heal you bro

I had a rather sweet time this week with azhdaha. My coop group was so supportive of each other despite struggling to clear the final stage. We had a kokomi that was doing well but unfortunately didn't know how to use her rotations well. I opted to go qiqi to help with heals but I just ended up getting one-shot because qiqi is so squishy against azhdaha. I then offered to try out my kokomi and they go a dps, which turned out he didn't exactly have a strong dps because their main (xiao) was taken. So they went with keqing. It ended up just being the two of us at the end and we defeated azhdaha. We all celebrated the victory for a minute before we said goodbye. A good time in coop, which was very heart warming, especially since I had a bad time with coop teammates last week.

I keep seeing these cases online where people tell others to change their characters calling them "bad", but I've personally never seen it in co-op. Once someone brought a lvl 20 Sara to a lvl 90 domain and no one even said anything. We all died tho, mostly because the healer got one-shotted.

I remember once I did the coop in the domain on Dragonspine, the fight was really hard we died alot and then the host left and disbanded the coop while we were doing domain and when everything was difficultly done, we got kicked without able to take rewards. The thing is after the host left, me and the other player talked alot and we cheered up the 3rd people who was a Bennett and still alive and at the end he managed to kill the boss but then just right after the game just kicked us. I felt super bad for the Bennett after those hard works…

I remember when I used to main Chongyun, I was in a co-op gathering materials to make him better. I had died during the battle and someone said that my Chongyun was bad. I know he definitely needed more work on but I didn't have the time nor the materials to get any better at the time. But yeah that kinda hurt my pride in playing with co-op with people. Sometimes people can be outright mean ;-;

2:58 happens way to often for me this one guy had a lvl 90 hu Tao but changed into a lvl 40 venti for some reason at the last second, we fought Signora 2 times until I told him to change to hu Tao but he just said we were being toxic or something 💀

One time i joined a guy who was attacking electro slimes with Raiden shogun... I wanted to say something but then i realized that they're might just love Raiden that much and wanted to play only as her, so i just helped without saying anything

And this is why I never look at the chat anymore. Makes me focus on the domain more, without getting frustrated at anyone lmao Only once did I start talking with a group, we were fighting Signora and there was a Childe, Hu Tao and a Gorou, I was Eula and I think it was the Hu Tao who went like "Ayo, let's all do Hydro Characters for fun" Was awesome :D Then we did Oceanid and comissions as Barbara and we kept on talking about Barbara Supremacy lmao (Btw if any of y'all from this coop read this, I'm sorry if I didn't talk much;; Idk how to socialize well and didn't know what to say most of the time :") ) One of the rare good co-op experiences I had, sadly not everyone is like this tho ;-;

I mean, i get that waiting might be a bad thing, but in my case it takes me a little longer to join to other's people worlds, and sometimes when i finally get in i see in the chat things like "Why didn't you accept to domain request?" Or they start the domain without me. People are really impatient and they do not wait for others

Honestly I really would love to coop in genshin but I'm a mobile player, it lags a lot for me and whenever I play with one of my friends, it lags for them too, so I never really accept coops because I'm scared that it will affect the other players game. I can only wait for a new device to finally play in coops

I once join a coop for signora. Host was bringing diona and we have our own, everyone is ready and we're just waiting for host to start, host suddenly change diona to amber, and starts immediately. We all died at second phase, so I decided to confront host. I said that alot of people can't dodge flawlessly and need a healer especially vs someone like signora where temperature plays a big role. So next time if there isn't a healer on the team wait for a few seconds to see if anyone wants to switch. The host said I was toxic and anyone can choose any charac they want, why should they use 'a' when they want 'b', why not i use a healer and I should just have fun rather than being toxic. I agree that we can have our own choices but bitch, how am I supposed to have fun when I'm dead and all I'm seeing is you and one other guy dead while zhongli is slowly shaving hp. You were the one that had diona as a front before you switched and started right away with amber. I didn't even had the time to react. They said their diona is a dps so they can't heal, so even if they used diona I would complain that the healing is trash. Bruh, no matter what, diona can still heal, plus she has a shield for everyone. That's the first time I decide to confront someone and I got called toxic.

Everytime I co-op I somehow always end up being healer until a co-op teammate complains about my 7k heals per tick with kokomi🤯😂✋

the other day I had an insane co op combo. we finished the domain within 40 seconds at one point! the host even did the "continue challenge" option for like 10 runs and nobody left until one of us was out of resin. we even talked to each other and were kind to each other. yeah that was good

I had a co-op session with one of the weeklies. Everyone died despite me trying hard to keep them alive. My skill was on CD, my ult wasn't up yet. Yeah all the DPS died, one person was like: "You have Kokomi!! Why didn't you heal me!?" Look, if you're too far away from my jellyfish or my range of Ult healing. I can't do it. I can't go running after you alone and neglect two other players under my watch. Ended up soloing it, it was painful too since I was still building Kokomi at that stage. Just some people. AND NO ONE DIS MAH KOKOMIN!!

why everytime people get toxic/salty they defend it by just "trolling", thats not excuse

For one of the things not to do in coop: The one where the person leaves after they died and before the boss is dead.. honestly when I was a lower AR I did that because I was so embrassed from dying since not much if any of my characters are built so when I die I just leave out of embrassement. I didn't even think people wanted to just retry the domain with the same people even if they did I sucked so I just felt bad about dragging the other players down.

I play co-op a lot and have dealt with my fair share of strange encounters. One time in the character-select part, both players wanted to play as Itto but none of them would change. One person said, "I'm not changing," and the other said, "I'm not, either." I think this little mishap ended by one of them leaving, lmao. Another encounter was when someone chose to play as Yun Jin, but then some other asshole switched to a Yun Jin who was literally lvl 1 and teased saying that they could "do more damage." The host ended up kicking that person out, rightfully so.

As a qiqi main, I agree, being a healer is hard, especially as I am dps qiqi main and she is my strongest lol, when people see I took qiqi, they'll think I'm the healer so I gotta heal lol, the tension to keep everyone alive but your e skill is taking far too long to come back, the sacrigicial sword is not doing it's thing, you don't have an ult, the 50% chance if an ult like hit from normal atk not working is the greatest tension I got, I always tell everyone to dodge and not atk and just lemme atk when that time comes lol

Honestly with the way they interact with each other i know right away the first two guys are friends 😂 That was a harmless trolling, the thing is how others will react to that which sometimes not so harmless

Meanwhile my only experience of conflicts in Asia server: "I have C6R5" "Understandable, have a nice day *leaves*" (I really said this second part and I didn't bother staying in coop) Seriously tho, most of Asia server doesn't care... You got quite unlucky. Most of us don't even chat and none of us complain when I ran with other people using level 50-60 people. And the only occasions I see people chatting is when they die and they apologize.

rule 1 of coop: anyone can take anyone if they have them built if the team doesn't success first try, then start arguing about who takes who

please do more of these! people dont seem to know how to act, do, or have basic knowledge about coop in general and ive never seen a genuine guide on one especially the annoying parts like for example, "people joining just for one match and leave immediately" like- we want a quick coop match where we invite inside the domain, not having to exit the domain every time, etc.

With the xiao 1st player case, I had a similar experience. It was my first time matching in my world, and I couldn't get into the domain (childe domain). I explained the situation and said sorry, ppl who joined weren't mad with me and left. Later, I learned that you have to move away from the gate in order to be able to interact with it again (after matching) but I haven't matched in my world ever since then.

i’m always nervous to do co-op bc of this or i’m afraid i’ll be awkward but after reading the comments i feel better about myself on co-op because i don’t do these things LOL

ive only gone as far as host immediately kicking everyone once we lost, instead of trying to adjust with the current team 😤 i get if we lose three times straight, but that just hurts my ego 😤😤

I dont have the patience of fighting a lvl 90 boss with low leved characters. If your farming for friendship do it with people you now not random co op. Also most people do that because they are lazy to do their dps part in it. speaking from experience

Also... don't be so impatient when its less than a minute-- Like seriously, I had plenty of coop experiences of impatient players--PLEASE GIVE ME A MOMENT TO FIX MY ARTIFACTS ON CHARACTERS CAUSE NOT EVERYONE HAS SPECIFIC SET ARTIFACTS FOR EACH CHARACTERS

One of the tips i have is that don't co op immediately for a new character's artifacts, lets say ganyu is out so u have to farm the cryo arti domain you'll get a lot of toxic people cuz theres a bunch of people farming for her too, like, a crap ton, my advice is to co op with a friend or wait for the hype to die down

I've learned not to use my Keqing in coop since people tend to complain about the amount of damage she does. I use her since she uses quick attacks and is fast enough to dodge easily on mobile. I never get complaints when I use Albedo so I tend to stick with him for most coops.

I really hope more people would see these kind of videos. Today I went to do Raiden domain to help other people with it, and I was waiting for rensin too. And right after I joined I got the domain invite but genshin bugged me out so I couldn't accept it, so I politely asked to invite me again. Then this dude just called me out that why didn't I joined in a really rude manner. After I explained why I couldn't join they just said that this is my problem and I shouldn't waste their time. I was too stunned to speak by this persons attitude. If they don't have time they should just do the domain alone, and not wait for the coop to load .-. But most of the time they go really well. I met some really nice players whilde doing domains, but these kind of incidents just take away all my energy.

hmm. i've encountered my fair share of toxic experiences in asia server. i tend to use healers like barbara and qiqi (and now i got kokomi), and this is because usually no one wants to use a healer and everyone dies in domains with very aggressive enemies that can one-shot you if you're not careful. i've had experiences where someone called my barbara bad for healing them (eula), and also, someone yelled at me (qiqi) and bennett in chat when we both accidentally died to the lawachurl in eosf domain. i've also had experiences where host forced everyone else to use a healer except them. i wish that people would be more careful with their words and actions in coop.

I often bring my Barbara into Co-Op ‘cuz although she’s not C6 she still heals like a mad woman (I’m very proud of her), but even though she’s very powerful she can’t heal Too Dumb to Dodge. Once or twice people have gotten mad at me for not healing them when they got two-shot, then rage quit when I reminded them that dodging is a thing

when it comes to choosing characters, its easier when you use strategy. recently i was in a co-op where we lost the first time in a domain, because im a kokomi main, but i was the only one left. which didnt end well. so we talked about different healers, and someone ended up using bennett i think while i used my main dps ganyu to deal more dmg. they were a lower level at the time and had a friend helping them get materials like artifacts and whatnot. but it was kinda refreshing actually talking to people about different strategies we could do in this game. while its rather challenging, its good to know a change of characters can quite literally do a lot lol. idk but i think its nice

I usually love playing healers and don't enjoy building dps characters but unfortunately because of that I'm blamed a lot when people don't dodge any attacks and my skill is on cooldown. I usually then try to jump to show them that I'm waiting for my skill or ult, but if they die at that specific moment then there's really not much I can do. But of course, healer is somehow always the one to blame. And also I hate situations when people ignore the domain effect like taking their hp for causing elemental reaction with cryo for example. It's so hard to heal then, especially if all the players are spread around, don't take notice of where my healing circle/jellyfish is and then blame it on me even if I tried to follow them to heal... But I gotta admit, there was one great experience when the moment I came as Barbara people started asking if healer build, and when I said yes they cheered on me and tried to be extra careful when they saw I was on cooldown. They really did pay attention to not make things hard for me, and when we finished the Raiden domain they all called me mvp for keeping them alive. Rare moments like this just make me want to continue trying to play in co-op ^^

I met a person that kept nagging me to not play a healer bc we “need the extra damage” and it got to the point where they wouldn’t start until I did switch but then we all died and everybody was made at them 🥰

I just wanna say, you all should bring your foods. There r heal foods in the game for a reason, don’t put all your trust in healers. Can’t bring myself to ever blame healers if anyone dies in coop, if you die then you die deal with it

I'm glad I haven't ran into any toxic lobbies (yet), I can't imagine the stress you would feel for being screamed at for playing a character that you enjoy/want to play

The venti person was jocking obviously

Co-op is hard especially when your teammates deals small amount of damage. This happens when I am a Healer so I decided to make a dps Barbruh then she dealt 60k per CA and with decent heal.

Just had a coop session from artifacts where host was apparently a new player and when we ran outta resin we started trying to help teach the host and also how to build their yelan

I always get those players who judges dont play this character iam like comeon mannn 😅😅😅

I remembered how the people I co op with died many times at azdaha's cuz we only have Bennett as a healer and there's always that one team mate who dies first not only that they expect me a Venti main to dps the whole ordeal because I dealt the highest dmg ( despite that Venti is so squishy so I still keep dying on his third phase). I was patient the whole time cuz I was also having fun but I'm also surprised how no one in the team left and stayed until the end after trying many times lol.

Personally if I'm hosting the co-op I let people play whoever they want. They know their characters and builds the best and should play what they're comfortable with. If I'm killing time in my world I don't mind letting players test out new characters. Thoma keeps me shielded and Jean keeps us alive. Plus if someone comes in just the world itself not a specific domain I let them pick the fight. Just the other day I had someone pop in for Signora and I asked what level they were comfortable with as even my strongest characters are still in progress. It doesn't cost anything to be respectful and that goes for both side. Also sidenote, I've been host and it wouldn't let me enter the domain to start it. If you're hosting and it happens just open the map and click to teleport. It'll reload your screen and let you start.

My coop experience has been great, I think I've only met one weird/toxic person. I just dislike how everyone always want to bring in their dps without thinking about healers. I have a great Bennett so I don't really mind using him but he's a problem against Raiden

Yeah I relate every time I use zhongli people ask me if he is c2 and when I say no they just kick me or ask to pick a different character even though I tripple crowned him 😭

Some actual 8 year old in coop with me: “you cant use klee!!1!!1! i can only use herrr!!!!11!” Me: *wtf* context for their age: they literally stated it in their signature

last week i did raiden in coop and was the healer (barbara). i hit a big lag while loading in and had to wait for like a full minute unable to move while i watched my teammates already starting without me... they all died immediately and i couldn't save them bc i loaded in too late. thankfully tho we tried again and this time they waited longer for me and i was able to keep them alive. but like, guys, pls don't rush in as soon as you load... not everyone has computers as fast as you.

Gladly, I haven't met any toxic players. There is one time in Raiden coop we died like 6 times every time we enter we lose cuz of someone choosing thoma no one complained about that and he even apologizes about that cuz he needs friendship for Thoma and after many tries, we still lose until I told him to change his character and he changed to ganyu without complaining about it and we won and after leaving the domain we were like” that's shit was fun lol” “ wanna be a friend” and yeah we became friends and it truly was funny even tho all of them are losing lol The characters we used: Miko(me), diona, ganyu, Kokomi

I didn't get Shenhe but I am very happy to see Shenhe during co op session T^T I'll wait for her rerun since I got Keqing during her banner.

Can I add: If you need healing and your healer is Diona, for the love of everything, get in the circle to heal. The amount of times I've used her burst right on people who are low hp and they just... run away? And then don't even heal themselves and end up dying 🙃

i’m alex from the first clip!! for context though, that was a staged troll from me and my irl friend, komi who 100% knew what we were doing!! and don’t worry, i promise i usually play co-op like a decent person haha! i promise i’m not actually toxic! but either way, i have to apologise if it made you uncomfortable in any way, shape, or form! 🙏 edit: just to clear up the confusion and misunderstanding!

usually when I play coop domains everyone just shuts up and just does their job till they're out of resin, it's simple and straightforward. But one time I got matched with the 3 sweetest players ever, one was insanely good at the lyre so after we all were out of resin we just chilled in front of the domain for like an hour listening to them play, during the challenge we were just constantly meming and chatting and while it wasn't the best team and we had to retry a few times it's the most fun I've had in coop. The lyre player eventually left and me and the other 2 just did the weekly bosses for fun. And thats why I prefer late night sessions, the 3 am genshin players are usually more chill

As for point two, I have two notes: 1) I'm on PS4. If I'm host, I wait a bit to let everyone settle and load in because I know the pain of loading just as they leave to enter the domain. But the amount of time you waited, it's likely not the case. 2) Sometimes people forget they are host. It's happened a few times when I do the Childe domain, and it's an honest mistake. And I feel you for that third point. I usually play supports/healers and I chose based on team line up. So I will frequently switch around characters and cause some confusion...

I remember being on my alt acc and I have Hu Tao on it, and I wanted farm some artifacts with her on the Dragonspine domain. At the time she was lvl 80 (This is important) So everyone joins the world and everything and this player comes in with Jean at first, but when we go to choose our characters in the set up they decide to switch to their lvl 90 Hu Tao. Of course it would be logical to go with the higher level, but why should I have to give up playing the character I want because the other person has it higher? I ended up leaving the co-op and joined a different one bc I didn’t feel like putting up with it. Another situation: This time it was on my main account with my lvl 90 Ganyu. It was a co-op for Azdaha (pretty sure I spelled that wrong) but this person came in with Xiao and he was lvl 80-90 and yet when we go to the character set up they switched to Ganyu instead. They then started criticizing me on how the weapon I have for her isn’t the best (I don’t have Amos Bow) The host ended up kicking the other person out, which I am thankful for because it seemed like they stirred trouble for no reason.

I don’t mind people being under leveled, but I prefer if they do put high level characters ( if they have them or if they work in the domain ) because 90% of the time their the reason why we have to restart the domain,and no matter what they just aren’t changing. Which ends up making me leave the co-op because of one stupid person that did 1k if they were lucky with a hit-

i used to do those thing with my friend like i pick a character and he pick a character and we both respect each other choice and not go for the same character but like at the start of 2.0 we stopped caring cause we cant barrow each other character and its best if you pick your own character other than waiting for a other character like it

Wherever I'm forced to be the healer, i go Bennett. Heals fast and can do dmg as well. Plus I hate how slow most catalyst chars are even tho i liked them in the beginning

There are also people who join but then leave after you invite them to the domain or wait till you get annoyed and start the domain without you just to steal stuff

Try making lot of real friends slowly slowly Instead of random coop Random coop is like rng there 60/40 chance of the person being bad but noone should experience stuff like that so best friends is the best answer worked for me Hope it works for u too

i had 2 weird coop interactions recently. one was when a diluc main critcised me for not lvl 90ing my miko even tho she's lvl 80/90 and very well built and then he was just like electro has bad dmg lol... the other was when the team was chatting ab which charas they think are the best and i said Mona >> and this person was like "she's a minor..." as if i ever said anything related to that lol... it was very strange and they never explained it lol

genshin newbie here! (ar 16) had a super nice first co op experience today with a keqing user. followed me around when i had to finish a commission, then helped me find some chests i hadn't gotten yet around dawn winery and springvale. 10/10 :))

Reasons why i dont play coop: 1. Stupid players. 2. Idiotic players. 3. Arrogant players. 4. Egocentric players. 5. Narcisistic players. 6. Trash players. 7. "Feel like they're the best DPS" players. 8. AFK players. 9. Toxic players. 10. Troll players. 11. "The leave the world after dying to childe" players.

I got made fun of once for using Keqing because she was “weak and a standard character” I kicked them out of course but it’s just rude

I want to coop one day but im just terrified of encountering toxic players. Plus id feel guilty if my character isnt strong enough

You know what's more wholesome? Getting told to use aloy when there a ganyu already on the team

Geez. I've met so many selfish players who brought characters lv.>50 in coop, and almost all three of them even brought under level 80. Do they think I will carry them? I'm the host! Three times, I have to tolerate those who carry level 70 characters, I think they are really strong, unlike my level 90 characters who are f2p, maybe they are c3 and above.. but they actually just want to get friendship points! Nah do it in different world not mine
