I couldn't see what was going on. You guys are assuming we know all the parts on the rig, some of us do not. Along with a closeup of what you're tying there, and any verbal tips, a closeup on a white or light colored table with at least a few seconds of the full, well focused, finished rig, with no part of your hands to cover anything would help tremendously. I'll be moving out there from a way too hot Florida, so don't make me have to come over there. :)
Weight required depends entirely on current and wind, plus depth. Usually in the Bay, somewhere between one and three ounces is plenty. Hook size is a toughie, because we'd say different, for each species. A 2/0 will be a good middle-ground for flounder and bass, but a bit big for croaker.
