H2O Minor Threat Gorilla Biscuits, Youth Of Today, Chain Of Strength and many other Youth Crew bands Good Riddance i can count many more but yeah Rise Against is definetely one of them
Rise Against are straight edge vegan. Welcome to a whole new old subculture in punk rock. Rise Against are the biggest punk band, and you're the unattainable market that Rise Against drew in. Welcome to straight edge vegan. Rise Against are children of a generation of straight edge vegan punk rock. Ever heard of this band called Minor Threat? Look into em.
@@Toastandbananas130 Rise Against since Appeal to Reason has been watered down. It's a different audience that they're playing to now. Rise Against used to be the best band ever, in my opinion. I wish I could have fun at a Rise Against concert for a decade now, but the set list is too condensed and repetitive with their most popular radio singles and albums.
all members of rise against are vegan or vegetarian and straight edge (minus one of them though) in case anyone was curious about them not naming any meat foods or alcohol drinks
YES! FUCKING YES! TIM IS THE FIRST PERSON IN THIS SERIES WHO HAS MENTIONED KOREAN FOOD AND I'VE BEEN HOPING SOMEONE WOULD MENTION KOREAN FOOD. I'm not vegetarian, but the flavour profiles in Korean cuisine are simply mind-blowing.
I've had that one on repeat since january. Not crazy about every song on there (Dark Snow, Snow Cats and Get Hurt) but when they hit, they hit HARD on that record. the overt nods to The Replacements, Jawbreaker, and Echo and the Bunnymen are also huge pluses for me. It's just really really good. Top 3 AFI records alongside Sing the Sorrow and Art of Drowning for sure
Endgame is one of my favorite songs. It always reminds of the final moments before it all comes crashing down. Torch everything. Shred all the papers. You can't have the enemy getting their hands on your technology or intel. You worked so hard and came so close but you were just short, so end it all before they come. Frantic chaos and despair. Their kicking down the door, better off yourself with that last bullet before before they get to you. It also reminds me of Nuclear Holocaust. We as a people came so far. We went to the moon, made huge strides in medicine and innovation... but it was all meaningless because we annihilated everything with bombs and weak petty human emotions. Endgame. Such a sick song.

And books? for fuck sake's, they're Rise Against, you ask for books, gooddammit. Also, full disclosure: Joe does not eat pizza every day, wich is a shame, I would if I could.
Inspector83 i dont know if it is their reason, but i am a musician, amd i get tired of songs. you play it every night, for like even 1 year (even tho most albums will be toured for like 2-3) and youll fucking hate some songs😂. some get more fun, amd some become hated. just how it is for most musicians, if not all
A question that I've been looking for for a long time, Tim had a white Les Paul written behind her "Out of Step", and that guitar disappeared a while ago, I wanted to know what happened to her, I ask that because that guitar fit very well on it. If anyone has any contact with the band or Tim, could you answer that question? If anyone can, thank you.
