Sorry for the late reply! 💦 All the combinations I've shared so far have worked well with a one-trick approach, but this particular combo shouldn't be forced that way. It’s important to only try it when the units or items line up perfectly, as it’s less stable compared to other 3-cost reroll comps. I even tried forcing it for the video, even when the setup wasn’t ideal, and ended up placing 7th... 😢 I should have mentioned this earlier, and I’m really sorry for the oversight! 🙇♀
@@Honleong2 This is effective in the current version. However, with the upcoming patch, the unit is going to be reworked, so we’ll have to wait and see how it turns out
You guys in the comments should understand that obviously this is not an S-Tier comp that you can force every game like Honeymancy Veigar. Only way to play it is if you have the fitting augments, items and nobody contests you on blasters. It can work but it's very situational. It is a creative way of playing the worst unit in the game. We should be thankful for the provided content.
daaaaamn i am emerald atm and just tried out this comp and went 1st with 6 blaster, 4 arcana. This comp is so much fun if you can pull it off and this ezreal rly feels like damn jon wick going BRRRRRRR
This comp is so satisfying when things come together. Got a first place with first try but I did hit perfect augment, items and high rolled out of my mind. The fights are so very rng based as it all depends on where Ezreal ult. Though it's extremely satisfying when Ezreal just erase the whole back line with an ult.
To be honest I didnt expect much but i got perfect items one game and decided to try it out, managed to squeeze a third out of a game that definitely should have been 8th!! Great comp and a lot better than it seems
On my first try I finished first, very easily, winning more than 12 pvps in a row. I highrolled the champions and items perfectly. But on my second and third tries I finished 6th and 8th. I think it's a very situational comp, but it's a lot of fun.
The round with the "wrong" Ezreal position was probably positioned correctly. 8 Witchcraft ccing Ezreal (and increasing damage on him) sounds like a nice way to get him burst down if he is solofrontline. The couple of times I have played Ezreal this set, I always felt like having him in the frontline was good, but solofrontlining was just too risky. Obviously becomes less risky with 3 star Ezreal for basetankiness, good scouting and the more healoriented build, but I really think you need all 3.
I'm actually climbing with this strat. Just care about positioning and you can actually 1 shot their backline mid game. But if you see Nomsy reroll just dump Ez and go for Varus
Exactly! That’s why Bloodthirster is needed for stability. This comp is really fun and can be great for getting 8th place, so it’s best to use it when the situation looks promising!
Bro it works lad I've hard forced it so many times and gottem minimum top 4 every game, only time it doesnt work is if you dont hit ez 3 and 6 blasters
Uhhh... Only tried this comp twice so far in emerald and followed the guide... Got 1st & 3rd The backline positioning isn't static... As long as ezreal gets hit enough to cast in the first 2-3 seconds, meaning it might be ok with 1 or 2 Frontline units protecting... Especially if you have support items like banshee
Taric's ability is so poorly designed, sometimes it destroys the projectiles, sometimes it doesn't attract them and other times it redirects them but doesn't destroy the projectile, idek what the intended purpose of the ability is anymore...
@@ElPatoJuegaGamesI think you need emblem or find your center or might not be guaranteed decent game. Also items seems incredibly important if you want this to work. Needs to be a decent spot
yeah? there's 18 unit in the pool for 3 cost. most portal comp doesn't need 3 star ezreal and even if they had 3 star ezreal, you still has 9 more in the pool which is 3 star
@@pegasus370 Oh, so 1-2 portal players hold 3-6 Ezreals and thats supposed to be a problem? You not hitting doesnt mean Ezreal is hard to hit, sounds like a skill issue to me (not trying to be rude). Yes sometimes you might get hard contested and end up not hitting but random comps playing 2 stars is not a problem for hitting a 3* 1-3 cost in general.
You should never force combs. Portal combs will often hold 2 star ezreal and there are also vanguard blaster players or frost players that might hold him. So OP is right in my opinion. But if your contested that bad just switch to smth else.
