Hi, can you manually set a pre-infusion time also? or do I still have to hold the button and then let go?

Sorry that I missed your comment. The tamper is from St. Anthony industries. Though in my honest opinion, if you don't need the magnetic part, I would get a standalone tamper that's got some weight to it, as this one is a little light.
