Assuming ultimately 10 arrests, consider each arrest represents 3,500 murdered Palestinians. Nationwide, 3,000 arrests, each arrest represents 35 murdered Palestinians. The 35,000 dead don't seem to be stopping the genocide; perhaps it will take the ongoing global student uprising to stop the genocide... Israel and the US gov't will attempt any scheme to support Israel's genocide of Palestinians. Why are Palestinians labeled terrorists and Israelis are not? HINT: "Follow the Money."

I worked at the downtown single adult homeless shelter in Phoenix, AZ and many clients worked for Live Nation (Amazon too) but of course they couldn't afford rents. Huge corporations profiting of the unhoused population precisely because they are experiencing homelessness. Rents are so high even making $20 an hour there is no way to afford an apartment without living with multiple other people. The upper middle class just doesn't care at all about the working poor. The working poor are just there to be exploited monetarily and people are just fine with that. (I'd just add the only viable housing options for single adults experiencing homelessness are for those over 55 years of age- and even then it's a serious struggle.)

As genocide continues, all peoples everywhere learn that all our human institutions are impotent in the face of insane crimes against humanity. The pounding of horrors on our soul, may it expand wisdom, and free us from the manufactured realities glibly dumped on us by our leaders, yet contradicted constantly by their actions. Wisdom is expensive. When it is fully hammered out, may it achieve sane purposes: “give us your huddled masses yearning to breath free”. What else are we here for? If not now, when?

I am concerned that the designation offered to Kenya as a "non-NATO ally" will encourage Kenya's leadership to use US backing and military support to reduce its dependence on "domestic" support for its future actions. Our support for Israel started out similarly and we ended up supporting an illegal occupation and an apartheid state in Palestine. "Meanwhile in Kenya, police are violently cracking down on environmental activists......... " These sort of alliances have to be conditioned by respect for human rights and international law.
