I can't beleive this is 400k. Only for the location the apartment is tiny.

Hi, Location Location Location, beachfront properties are very rare especially near La Cala de Mijas and offer the best views money can buy. This is actually very cheap due to it being fully refurbished only a year ago and the owners relocation forces a quick sale price, you watch it will sell fast at this low price.
