Have you tried the Elite on a GM or Ford Diesel pickup. Specifically on the SCR / reductant / DPF / DEF injector / Nox sensors?

Can it scan codes and test Hybrid cars? Toyota/Suburban Hybrid and others? what about the Chevy Volt?

Yes it can test any 1996 and newer obd2 cars designed for north America.

Whats the difference between the Plus and the Elite version?

coding ability, 2 years warranty. Both are great units I would go for the elite and I be releasing an updated video soon.

@@RANDOMFIX I have looked both on ebay and amazon to find a deal for the elite, only Plus avaliable, nothing :( . So I looked into the X431 pro s3+ was $850 lightning deal on amazon so I got that. I hope it was a good decision :(

Elite is only available on Topdons website. There is a coupon code in the video description of this video, should be a pdf. Please note that the elite is expensive but it's a stable tool and so depending on what your are using it for it maybe worth the money especially for a shop or if you are using to make only. I've owned the d7 d8 and now just got the 2022 version of the ex400 pro and find that Xtool scanners are unstable and have lots of bugs. For a home diy mechanic Xtool is okay.
