HI! This is great, but I think the greater than 34 weeks management of preterm delivery was not included in this video. Thank you!

Beyond 34 weeks, we don't need to administer Corticosteroids and tocolysis, however giving a single dose of dexamethasone won't harm the two patients. Monitor labor, and plan for delivery

At what weeks would you begin progesterone therapy and at what weeks would progesterone therapy not help reduce risk?

We use it up to the period when the placenta has fully formed. (Around 12-13 weeks) then we can stop it's administration, b'se the placenta will be able to secrete enough of it. The purpose of giving is because some women have corpus luteal insufficiency.
