In this video we continue our analysis of the CE amplifier from the previous video. We also derive low-frequency response equations for the amplifier. A second amplifier from Video 31 that uses partial emitter bypassing is also examined. Both amplifiers are simulated to determine transient and frequency response limits.
The end results of the PSpice analyses are very well correlated with the theoretical "pencil and paper" results we've been working on so diligently, which is always a nice thing to see :-)
