Sir I have a dout if you have time please answer. A normal healthy baby (6 month above) pass meconium with 24 hrs and no syndrome,no family members have this disease even it's all clear the baby are affect this disease? Did u know or experience this type of case?

As per Bailey , Adult hirschsprung disease is a rare disease n leads to a megarectum because the affected segment is ultrashort , affecting only transition zone of Anus
