Topic Interview: "Collective Neuroscience" with Courtney Cole 

In a recent podcast with Courtney Cole, she discussed her work as a mediator and coach within the farming and fishery environments. She emphasized the importance of mediating discussions between men and women on the ground or on the water and governing bodies, highlighting its relevance to practitioners negotiating with larger organizations. Courtney underscored how vital collaboration is, through HR brain-based coaching, to build trust and foster cooperation. We proposed the term "collective neuroscience" to describe this collaborative approach and plan to explore it further in the npnHub. This concept aims to enhance understanding and synergy among diverse stakeholders.
