Hmmmm, the gameplay is REALLY good though @flaw3dgenius222 Even though there's not much in the way of content, are you going to be picking this one up? - Anthony
I mean its 2k’s venture into a relatively untapped market. Its the same as the NBA. 2k is buying as many sports to the point they can take over the full market. The game will likely improve with each given year. But dont expect too much seeing as their number 1 product will be the NBA 2k franchise. But this is a good step into a new unused market. That might or might not have some value
I hear all the comments everyone has about the price, lack of variety and some subpar graphics. I get all that, for someone on the fence about it I am sure those are fair reasons to not buy it yet. BUT, let me tell you, going through an absolute war in the 2k world tour, and winning a tight 3 setter, is so satisfying! The online mode has its flaws, but man its fun!
this goes to show just bc its made by a big company does not mean it should be over 70$ and the fact we are even willing to pay over 60 for any game ever is dumb
Oh, no! That would suck, especially because the gameplay is really fun at its core 😅 @antball775 Would you like to see the series continue though? - Anthony
@@TheBetaNetwork I would love to see the series continue the reality is with the cost to make games these days if sales are not great it will probably be the end for a while plus having issues at launch doesn’t help
I doubt it. 2k doesn’t grab onto ideas and just throw them away. I.E NBA 2k and PGA. The game will get better as the years progress but dont expect too much 2k is mostly focusing on the Basketball side but this is a healthy step into expansion.
Nah this is becoming a yearly release going forward according to last years leaks. And if you read the description of the game on Ps Store it says servers are scheduled to go offline for Top Spin 2K25 in 2026.
Woah! Really? 😮 @positivelycurvedpikachu The cheapest copy I found in Australia is roughly $66 in USD-that's a BIG difference! Are new games in Argentina normally that price? - Anthony
@@TheBetaNetwork yes, but I must tell that you have some strange things happening at the Xbox store, which is the platform I use to buy and play games. Some companies have their prices absolutely wrong, like for ex, I bought Ride 5 for 5usd on prerelease, trail out for 0,60usd on release, alone in the dark 7usd on release, and there are even more crazier low prices, probably due to the constant change in our exchange rate and highest inflation ( at least before our new government) but yes, this still happens and mostly with old titles, you can buy for USD cents some games that are 60usd in the us store. On the other hand you have companies like 2K and SEGA have their prices "right"
Oh, I see! Very interesting! So it's more of a case-by-case basis. Prices are more standardised in Australia, but they definitely have risen in the past 12 months.
Good thing I got a refund. Guys don't throw money on this game. It lacks graphics, players are slow and it just are not worth the money. Wait until it drops half the price.
I just want Virtua Tennis to make a return 😢😢😢 This looks way too bland... Reminds me of AO Tennis 2, which was also pretty average! I reckon Matchpoint Tennis Championships might be better than this 😂😂😂
Wait, what? 😂🤣 @pakralen2404 Why would I give the game a 7/10 if we were hypothetically being paid for a higher score? That's so self-destructive 😅 - Anthony
