Fun fact, Blaziken was originally going to be a flying type and it’s first design concept looked like a latios/latias but with Blaziken colors. Yeah look it up, it’s terrifying.

the animal abuse on chicks during festivals was also adopted here in the Philippines. Most of the chicks died because someone's auntie stepped on it accidentally. My cousin's chick died because it wouldn't eat anything we give it (we were kids, google was inaccessible, and adults kept saying rice grains which the chick won't take)

I like how the Mega gives a use for it flames. Before it just a ring around his arm because....it a fire type so it needs fire. But with the Mega it looks like those ribbons you see on mui tai fighters in video games.
