@inkblurboy I figured as much! Jack might even be indirectly in the center of it all.

Whatever is happening globally, i think Jack is affected as well. In one preview where he jumped out of a window into the fountain he remarked that he had hurt his arm as if such a physical affliction was odd.

Any ideas on an air date?

Torchwood is not Torchwood anymore without Tosh, Owen and Ianto :'-(
