Watch the ending of this, then the ending of the performance from Oct. 20, 1996, to see how Tori's songs evolve over the course of a tour. good stuff. thanks to yessaid.com
The Dew Drop Inn Tour was the best of Tori's career! This song really began to evolve near the end of May 1996. Luckily most shows were being bootlegged and I have a string of consecutive shows from the end of May - beginning of June when you can tell from show to show when this ending changed. By the final show of the tour (Boulder, CO) - this ending climaxed maniacally and is quite a spine tingling moment.
Well, you may don't like her style or find it disturbing, but that DOESN'T mean that she sucks. I could write a long list about people that suck at singing but c'mon! Tori is the best female performer in the world wheter you like her or not :) And by the way she is still performing THANK "GOD" and she still sounds AMAZING! Check out ;)
She's notorious for oddball choices for live song versions and covers. That's been my only negative comment about her music. Although i could imagine as a singer/pianist that she probably gets tired of her usual routine ways of performing her popular songs.
