Well her voice isn't boring, but is she is definitely boring. As EXTREMELY TALENTED as she is, she's a bit of a snooze. Why does she only sing these slow and sleepy ballads? With a voice like that, she can be singing anything, including uptempo FUN bops!

***** hmm not really. Her belts sounded more strained before this year. She's clearly been working on them. If you listen to older performances of Dear No One, the F#5 sounds more pushed than in this performance.

2:28....... My god! DAMN! She is absolutely amazing. She kept a high note and even went higher for a very long extended period of time. Such talent should be noticed very clearly in the art and heart of music.
She’s there now. I’ve been saying since I started listening to her that Tori’s biggest hurdle to finding major success will be finding the common ground between her neo-soul/acoustic artistry, and almost layman presentation with her mainstream/pop appeal, looks, desires and sound. She has found that common ground and finally is that complete put-together package. She looks glamourous, has that out of reach appeal (star appeal more or less) while still maintaining that substance, being true to her artistry and down-to-earth quality.
I couldn't agree more with this comment. She has the makings of a true superstar. I just hope she doesn't lose her artistry as she gets bigger as some artists do when mainstream success is in reach. I've enjoyed watching her grow into the artist she is today. It's been a while since I've seen a talent with so much originality, relevance, substance, grace, and passion. I call her the soulful Taylor Swift! Haha.

This song is about her being patient and waiting for the right person to come into her life without forcing it and now she's happily married to a really great guy. I'll always love this song and her voice. I'm so happy for her
definitely! even though i like the rasp she normally has on them, these sound more healthy and open throated. her resonance in this performance just slayed.

Love this song it's bittersweet and unpredictable just by how she sings this. The song is about not believing in love and as it progresses she starts to confess her feelings towards her someone and is telling him there's no one she wants but him... I'm a guy btw Yes, I miss someone and this song speaks to me and everything makes sense now 😭
This is my favorite performance of hers. Like her subtleties (especially around the 1:50 mark) are so beautiful and then everything at the end just makes this so magical ✨
