Amazing comeback video! You fight each day with everything you got and that is astonishing. Showing your recovery and all the encounters you face really helps many in their own personal battles and teaches us that life is hard... and sometimes it can show us the really ugly part of it, but we can overcome it and be better. Better each day for ourselves. My best wishes to you! Keep going!
I am from Brooklyn, NY, am an extremely NON-elite Judo player- just a srubby Sankyu- but seeing your wonderful videos makes me want to power through to get my black belt, which seems pretty far off right now- but hey- after seeing what YOU went through my "issues" are tiny in comparison. PLEASE KEEP YOUR VLOGS COMING JEMIMA- PLEASE!!! Loving your stuff from across the pond. Sincerely + with MAD respect, Anthony.
Mine was torn by a tanio in Japan a few weeks ago. All the doctors say I should get surgery, and I am scheduled for reconstruction, but mine might be a partial tear and someone I know was able the heal their partial tear with stem cells...
Thank you for your inspiration. I am BJJ athlete and just suffered from foot injury which would stop me from doing jiu-jitsu for nearly 4 months. This video help me...
What was the surgery you had on your knee? How bad was the pain when the injury happened, were you able to walk on it or too much pain? I had a similar fall and wondering how you felt compared to me.
I had ACL reconstruction surgery using my hamstring as the graft, not guna lie it was pretty painful for the first few days but was able to walk small distances after about a week with no crutches, and not too much pain
@@jemimayb7633 how bad was the pain before you had surgery on your knee? We’re you able to walk normal at all or just straight to the hospital? It’s been about four weeks since I fell wrong being tripped and my knee hyperextended like yours did and I can do pretty much everything besides run, when I try to run even just 20 seconds it feels like my inner knee exploded in pain until I ice it.
