Hey Dustin, great video as always! Glad you wounds are healing, but sorry to hear the news about your shoulder. I have been struggling with my weight for about 20 years now, and the weight has gone up and down a ton of times. I am currently the largest I've ever been at just over 500lbs. I watch all of your videos, and I am grateful for all of the motivation and support you give me, and everyone of your viewers.
