Look up omurice recipe! The omelet is eggs and what looks like double cream. The fillings look like onion, carrot, bacon, and minced garlic (or ginger maybe? Not sure on that one). The sauce usually ketchup & soy sauce.

Maybe oyster sauce or hoisin sauce too ^^
