Recently, I've bought a Toro Wheel Horse 270-H, that was sitting in the rain for years, without a cover or a bonnet. Luckily, with some tender loving care I believe many parts can be saved and reused.
This video is about the cutting deck electro-hydraulic lift pump overhaul.
The technical details are taken from the Service Manual which can be found on the Toro official website.
The pump appears to be made by Parker, Oildyne division and the serial number - as far as I can see - is 108AESP19.
The cylinder measures eye-to eye: 10 inches when retracted and 14 inches when expanded.
Stay tuned for more videos.
Thanks for looking.

What procedure did you use to refill the reservoir, lines and actuator?

The reservoir is fairly easy to refill as you can use the breather plug. You just remove it and using a small funnel you can pour the oil in and it'll flow directly into the reservoir. Remember to keep the pump and reservoir with the breather plug always up - I used a piece of a wooden board to screw the pump and keep in this position. As for the lines and the actuator I think I used a 50ml syringe and with the piston set to middle I placed the cylinder on the floor with the lines going up and then I slowly injected oil on both the lines until both sides were filled and no air. Then I connected the lines to the pump, started it both ways and topped up the oil as necessary. Maybe there are better solutions but this is what came through my mind at that time. 🙂

@@Armadyllo how did you clean the starter motor and get it to work again? Did you have to buy any new parts if so where did you find them.

@@motowolv9985 I didn't buy anything new. I've used wire or soft brush, air pressure... depending on the surface to be cleaned. So nothing fancy about this process as I knew finding new parts was going to be challenging. What kind of parts are you looking for?

@@Armadyllo well mine has pretty much the same issue yours had but I rushed it a bit and the magnets are a little broken they may still work but there are chunks missing.
