Toro Snowblower SIMPLE FIX if chute won’t move up and down 

The QUICK STICK chute was working properly when I moved it by hand, but the cable was frozen so it would not operate the chute. I was able to lubricate it with WD-40. Be sure to put the rubber boot securely back in place after you’re done lubricating the cable at the chute end!
