To be honest I feel like liberty village is such a pain since walking to King Street for the streetcar or using the GO train (if you miss it, next one id late, need to walk in isolated and windy areas in winter) are CRAZY HARD, it was crazy to me how isolating it felt to live there given how close it is downtown🤯🤯🤯🤯

Yonge and Eg is brutal because of the construction, but if you go a bit south toward Davisville station, it is awesome! A bit pricier but close to the perks of Yonge and Eg while being in a much nicer environment, cool bar strip along Yonge, and easy access to downtown.,

Thanks for an amazing video. Could you explain a bit more about the pricing. For example, when u say the average price of a condo is 825k in Liberty village, is it a studio, 1 BR or more? Thanks
