Wherein I look through a stack of Police Horse trading cards by Anne Dehaas from 2009 and 2011 #tradingcards #nonsportscards #history #toronto #cops #Police #tps #equine
@@TradingCardArchivist I try to go off the beaten path as much as possible, but the numbers... they're not great! Does your city have any local card sets like this? Thanks for watching!
@@cardcornered Me too! I focus mostly on international cards, things from Asia and South America. I was born in Ontario but live Los Angeles right now. I'm not aware of any LA specific sets, I think the closest might be a 1981 LAPD/Dodgers set where the back of the cards has anti-drug D.A.R.E information on it? I was obsessed with Mounties growing up, like all good Canadian boys, so these seem especially cool to me.
@TradingCardArchivist I've got some of those too but I don't really know much anime besides dbz. I have some Mexican mario cards coming up too! Hit up my email and I'll send you some horse doubles!
So...so...wierd...lol. Only in this province would taxpayer money go to something like this eh! Great video man! Cheers! P.S.- @8:30 I think your math was off by a little there bud lol! Sorry to have to break it to you. 😉
@J.A.Hubbard it didn't really use tax money, it was a passion project of this lady Anne Dehaas. I guess you could say it takes time for the cops to hand them out which means money but they definitely didn't pay to have them designed or printed. Thanks for watching!
