rashmi rehal, its because there first language is english!!! I grew up in London and english comes more naturally than our mother tongue.

We flew Sunwing once and had same experience.. flight delayed 6 hours on the way and back!!!! With no valid reason and they gave food vouchers as well which can only be used at one place... never flew again
