We all are Buddhist and in Buddhism there is no space for judgement. I agree it may look different but u need to know it's scorching hot that day. There is no right or wrong answer, often time we men wear jeans n just tops boso during some event; it doesn't mean that we forgot our culture. As long as we carry warm heartedness, kindness in our heart that's what is really important. Whether we use thermos or eat momo all these are Chinese products but we all still use it. Most often we complain or label other but we need to look into ourselves: Do I really carry Tibetan values. Do I write or speak Tibetan so eloquently! Do I pray and prostrate every day ! All these are Tibetan culture as well. We Tibetan are just palm size, please! Refrain from hurting other person emotion. Our perception is just our own subjective reality; it's not universal truth.
