Honestly what do you even say anymore? I can't even laugh at this because I'm just stunned at this point. How does a team consistently get eliminated in the exact same fashion at the exact same point every single year? It's more likely they win a series on complete accident as opposed to doing this every single year.
Yeah I just feel infuriated even tho I’m not even a leafs fan. It’s literally like they’re deliberately trying to fail. If you know you can’t get it done in the playoffs then why dominate in the regular season
I'm not even a Leafs fan but I wanted to see them win this one. They gave it everything, and it was so sad to see them lose it. After seeing his reaction to losing, I don't see Matthews staying in Toronto for much longer either.
