Toronto Parkour Girl Meet 2008 - Monkey Vault Parkour Training Centre 

I remember watching this 10 years ago. Congratulations for this big push forward in parkour.

I'm from Toronto and I would love to participate in a beginner session like this.

Most girls are actually better than boys for reasons like their body shape, they're clearly more aero-dynamic than men. I bet if a girl raced me in a Parkour Intensive obstacle course, I can guarantee she would win (same skill level as me, same age).

@b8ingu There are a lot af trees where I live...like....forest in my backyard..haha

lol I had the same problem till I moved. I'm sure there must be a few parks and benches about. I mean countrysides are usually littered with heavy fences, and sometimes trees are in the right shape for jump practise.

Damn, I think I can build some of those obsticles....haha. I'm trying to learn how to freerun, but I haven't got anyone to watch my form or anywhere spacious to train at.. :/

wow,you have got really perfect place for training...i make parkour with boys and they are really good..they are waiting super accomplishment from me..

Wow they are noobs...but so am I XD DANG. I wish they had a training center where I live, but NO. I have to teach myself/learn from my guy friends

damnnnn sexy i wouldnt be able to be in that class.....feel bad for coach there too ahhah far too distracting for such a mental sport XD

That was excellent training methods. It's so hard to get girls involved into pk and want to advance.
