Inside the Electric Circus did not take off as it should have. Weak production and avg songs . It lost the fire of the first album and second album. Even Last Command fell quite a bit imo from the first album. It was not until The Headless Children did WASP catch fire again imo. By that time the music scene was changing and Grunge was getting ready to take over.
