Hi Roy, well I hope you got home safely after that month away. I have to tell you that I'm taking time out from watching your videos after supporting the channel for the last two years, seeing all your videos bar a couple from start to finish. It's got frustrating to watch because your editing, or lack of it, really is spoiling your videos. I know you don't like constructive criticism as you've mentioned it several times now in your videos. The other day I watched some of your very early videos and they are so much better with nice transitions between scenes and some really great and well thought out shots. Compare those to your current filming (saying "see you a bit further along" every ten seconds, saying what camera you are using in every shot which I'm pretty sure only a very small handful will find interesting, dizzy zoom shots etc. etc.) and it's like chalk and cheese. As you know, I make videos myself although I don't claim to be brilliant, and I really thought I'd learn from someone who's been doing it longer. I can't be the only one who thinks this. Your views suggest that lots of your 3,700 subscribers (a number I can only dream of for my channel) aren't watching your output which is disappointing for you I'm sure. Anyway, sorry to be a keyboard warrior, as you call them. I'm not unsubscribing, just having a long break. Best of luck.
@@lbshard hi linda and thanks , ive had nearly a million views on my channel , im not a expert ,i dont get paid for doing the videos ,and most people like my content and say to me dont change the way do the videos ,i met 2 viewers at the hotel ,they both thanked me for my spain videos as it helped them a lot ,i had dinner and breakfast with Fay and Paul a lovely couple from wales and the watch all my videos and love them ,they even came to the train station on my last day ,to get their 10 euro ticket .putting a video on every day its hard work filming editing posting .especially when your on holiday ,most people go on holiday not to work ,my sol pelicanos hotel video ,has average 100 views a day , and i have some nice feed back and subscribers from that video , i just enjoy what i do, and thanks for all you nice comments 👌👌
