Negligence, Products Liability, Defamation, (Intentional and Constitutional) and perhaps Intentional Torts intertwined are those areas most often tested.

If a plaintiff suffered injuries due to my negligence and he took a false step into a hole and suffer further injuries while he was on his way to hospital. Would I be liable?
