My eyes welled up. Torvill and Dean get to my heart every time. They are my favorites. Whenever I see them to perform together or see them in TV interviews, I feel one emotion. I feel joy. They are everything that's right in this world.
These two Torvill and Dean have an unspoken love ❤ for each other..They have given almost all their lives to ice skating ⛸ but I guarantee these 2 love each other in a special kind of way, that's private to only them and they don't want the world to know about! If the world knew it wouldn't be special would it! Only thing the world needs to know is about their skating ⛸ and no one can ever replace these proffessional people...love them both xx
I often wonder if Torvill and Dean ever sit down and watch their beautiful ice dancing past. . I will always want them to be as one on the ice and in real life. If only we could go back in time and let their love come together. Breaks my heart to see the love they gave up for ice dancing..I will always believe in them.

There are so many countless Torvill & Dean compilations out there, but yours - Emotions and Emotions 2 so far surpass all the others. These two videos are the best, most beautiful, and most romantic tributes to this marvelous skating couple. You are to be highly commended for your artistic taste in the way you put these videos together. I can only hope that Jayne & Christopher themselves have the opportunity to see how you chose to represent them. I am sure they would feel truly honored and touched. Thank you for the wonderful job you did, and for your generosity in sharing it with us. 👏
These two love one another very deeply. Their body language is always leaning in, touching . . like they would evaporate without the other. I believe they are in love and always will be.
I read an article and they were talking about the biopic. The screenwriter interviewed them for hours so he could get their story right...he said they "fell in love a long time ago" but they kept it platonic for the good of the skating and that their relationship is very intense. Jane said she had heard it was better to keep skating and romance separate so thats what they tried to do. She also said Chris knows her better than anyone. How heartbreaking. I couldn't imagine loving someone but having to remain friends for the good of something else I loved.
I agree with you Cagney. Deep in my heart , I believe there is a very deep love between the two of them. It is a very intimate love that might fly ( don't want to use evaporate, Cagney) out of the window. Keep it there because at the end of time, the two of them will still be together. I thought I am the only one who feels that way.

@@cagney1st I agree! I think thats what gives their skating that mesmerizing quality thats so hard to define. Yes, Chris is a choreographer of genius proportions and yes they are both dedicated and talented skaters but when you watch them on the ice there is something so spellbinding and special going on in front of your eyes. The only thing that could explain it would their deep and intense connection to one another. Did you read their autobiography from a few years ago? I swear, if after reading that you don't know they are deeply in love than I just don't know what to say to you. lol.

I watch this video every now and then and it still fills me with this feeling of dread at the end and I find myself welling up. It's 6.23 - I look at her face and think - eugh - what must be going through your head at that moment? Beautifully made - as usual! xx
I absolutely adored this compilation, thank you so much for posting. I was transported to another world watching the most beautifully matched skaters ever. I don't care if there was or wasn't a relationship between them in 'real' life, I just know it felt wonderful watching the ultimate artists. The best!!
where are they today how are they how do they look today would love to see them no matter young old who cares it was what was in their hearts and souls that captiviated the world god bless torville and dean
yesa silly me i didnt think they were on videos in you tube for lots of years skating shows. i watched so many as a result thrilled to see their old champion skating in olympics etc. i love them think they are the greatest in the world.to be honest.i love to watch them skate and his direction and choreography for the two its top notch.

@daniabates I have seen many changes with Jayne & Chris in the last 2 years. I do not know if she has split with her husband. She doesn't ever talk about him anymore.
