I listened to the whole album for the first time yesterday. I knew the color violet already and I love that song, but listening to the whole thing BLEW me away, it‘s so good! I will definitely look into his other projects.

Tory goes further than rap, he may not be the best rapper, but definitely the best artist (along with Anderson Paak.) out of the rap industry

Ngl I thought it was just okay - - bare in mind it’s my first listen - but it was mostly synth pop with same sounding songs but some are bangers that won’t be appreciated that much.

Bruno Mars started the trend again with 24k Magic in 2016..... then Weeknd dropped Starboy in November of 2016 but that wasn't 80's music, he didn't start until he dropped After Hours in 2020 since then Silk Sonic and Weeknd been going back and forth on the 80s trend and talented Tory said let me jump in this......

Dastar. And this and then playboy in 3rd. And yes i know playboy might be the best R&B album to Grace the year. That being said this project by comparison stumps. Because he gave himself the most handicaps for this album and he still made non skip tracklist with this one. Whereas Playboy had great music all over it but I don't think I play the whole album through without skipping one or two but that's just preference
