Sample clearance brother, in the beginning Tory was doing them illegal but has he gain exposure and into the industry, he has to ask labels and artists to clear the samples before releasing them. You seen how long it took Chixtapes 5 to released ( nearly 2 years to clear the samples) Chixtapes 1-4 will never be on streaming platforms
