The Judge signed off allowing it to go public. so anybody that buys it, can have it. StreetTV bought it, released it and everybody else is making content off of it. The court transcripts are also available. You can read word for word exactly what was presented in court instead of these bias RU-vidrs. Very very interesting reading. Tori did it. Combination of alcohol and ego led to this incident. This is the same man that assaulted Celina Powell, Prince from Love & Hip Hop, August Alsina and Meg all within the couple years. He actually assaulted Prince and August after he was charged for assaulting Meg. He couldn't even walk the straight and arrow while actively fighting 22 years and deportation. This man is a clown, hot head and mad because nobody wants to cover for him. And if folks want me to believe that Kelsey did this but Tori didn't say nothing got me laughing over here. I agree but I’m not a bias youtubers I knew he did it from the first time I heard it common sense is all people needed to know that he was guilty way before the trial ! But people are obsessed with celebrities so they really would let the celebrity get away with anything because they like the music or acting 🤷🏽
If I was a juror I would like to hear what the apology was for? 1- could be for sleeping w/ 2 friends and exposing that? 2- He shot Megan? He should have gave a testimony statement.
That would make sense if he was talking to Megan not Kelsey. You can't say "I was drunk when I did it" if he is not talking about the present tense. Not past tense. The context of his sentences matter

He didn't sleep with Meg that night so he wasn't apologizing for that ....listen to the call whole call on shade room...he is talking about that night and clearly stating that he was way too drunk 🥴 which is why he shot Megan
No where in this video did he say that he shot Megan. He said that he was too drunk and didn't know what happened. It sounds to me like he is saying sorry to Kelsey and that could be for him sleeping with Meg which may have caused all that mess. I am not convinced of guilt and I feel Kelsy may be the shooter and Tory knows he caused the war between the two young ladies and that's my opinion.

I believe he shot in the air, drunk, acting stupid, and the fragments hit her feet. I don't think he intentionally shot her foot because if he did, she wouldn't be able to walk. Most people that have been shot, still have fragments on there foot, do not dance wearing 5' heels 🤷🏿♀️.
