So meh and her friend were drunk started arguing they left to go to the car tory didn't know they were mad (he said it in one of the songs on the album) so eventually he figured it out came to the car with them got into a argument in the car while driving while drunk megs friend probably started slapping tory security tried to calm down situation pulled gun to try and calm things down thats when meg got out the car. If I had to assume what happened megs friend prob tried grabbing the gun (cause pissed off drunk girl) and it accidentally shot and ricocheted off the ground and hit meg. Friend trying to cover her tracks blames tory and meh buys it cause her feeling were hurt to because he was flirting with Kylie.
