1:02 I also had troubles with my pilot flame and to hold both buttons in for 15-20 seconds helped me. So, thank you very much - Your video helped me a lot.

Bought this heater this morning, struggled to get it started for more than half an hour. Got it to start, was working fine for about an hour or two, pilot flame went off, couldn't get it started again, tried for long to get it started, but wouldn't light, even the place where I bought it from said the returns are many of this product..

I am on my second one.. only the middle bar works. The rest wont go on. It is so frustrating

This heater! 🙈it's very poorly made, super flimsy and getting in to ignite is an absolute mission. I'm an very unhappy with it.

Hi i just unboxed my Totai gas heater. Everything goes well until i release my hand from the control knob then the flame goes out. GGGGGGRRRRRRRR Please help. Ive tried it many times but nothing!!!!!!

The problems I've experienced with this heater 😭 I'm on my third one because I can't get a refund... The first one the 3rd bar wouldn't light up, the second one would automatically switch off after an hour and this one if you switch on the third bar it switches of, it also automatically switches itself of... Unfortunately I'll have to wait till everything in the country is better before returning it and getting another one which will have its own problems 😭😭 I just want to try Alva because this brand ain't it

I wish I never returned the 2nd one 😭😭... Even after opening the windows for 30 minutes while the heater is off it still won't switch on

I literally have to take it outside for 2 hours and then it will switch back on only to switch off again after an hour bare in mind that the third bar isn't working
