Done on 1.0/Retro (note that this is not Director's Cut so this run lacks few levels from that version)
Sub 20 is sure possible, but with the current route It's not an easy speedgame and a lot can go wrong, so I'll take a break.
For clarity, to do triple dash I bind my mouse wheel to evade button (hidden from esc menu since 0.97.6), not run button. All tricky strats are possible without that, but it makes them much easier.
In case you are wondering, I did a glitchless run way back on 0.97.6 version and it took me 36 minutes, but it wasn't optimized (plus I don't count skipping 5th level radiation suit as a glitch, cause there is no death trigger to stop you or something like that). Not gonna redo it in the nearest time, cause it's very random (especially on the 3rd map with a lot of narrow corridors with enemies) even on 0.97.6 version (1.0 unfortunately made enemies even more aggressive and faster).
