That was awesome Stevie. You can tell the body was getting a pump for sure. You know you like SBTraining when you find it enjoyable watching workouts while eating lunch. These are going to be great for showing the performance progressions and how demanding these machines are from someone who's already in great shape and on top of that has exposure to various other forms of home gym equipment like yourself. Thanks again for the shoutouts as always my friend.
You're becoming the sliding bench trainer now. Mike isn't doing sliding bench videos as often as he used to. A sliding bench is all i need / prefer ..and is the only gym equipment i own for that matter. So for me it is great to see someone using their sliding bench and recording the workouts for everyone to see.
Great video Stevie! I have the same Total Gym at home that I still use quite regularly. I'd definitely like to see more home workouts from the garage gym and even some outdoor workouts too, perhaps with some resistance bands. Thanks very much.
Hi Stevie! I've had a Total Gym for many years and I love it. I use it mostly for HIT-style workouts. I initially found out how good they were using one during my lunchtime workouts while I was a hospital administrator. I'd just go down to Physical Therapy and use their commercial version. I noticed your mirrors don't look like they're glass. What are they made out of? Thanks!
Watching other people use a Total Gym for back perplexes me as they make it look like there is plenty of resistance. I have to add at least100 lbs to the bench (set to the highest position) then grab both handles in one hand to double the resistance and do my low rows unilaterally, but still end up getting 20+ reps per set per side while trying to make each rep feature an intense squeeze and slow controlled negative. Not bragging at all just confused since I do not even look like I lift.
