2024 had mine since 2005. Still using it today. It works, you just have to use it and control your food and beverage intake. Total Gym was part of my routine when I was racing motocross and enduros. Don't race anymore but I still use part of my training to stay fit. Thank You Total Gym !
I am here because I was given a brand NEW Total Gym Platinum Plus & need to figure out all the parts & how to put it together. I am so thrilled to start this journey. I was in an abusive marriage for many years & got out but continued with an eating disorder which has kept me at an unhealthy weight for many years. This past year I married the most amazing man/my best friend & with tears in my eyes right now I am telling you I'm ready to LIVE AGAIN !!! 😭 I used to have a beautiful body & was pretty active. You're right, I'm 35 & it's not too late ! I have felt like a failure for a long time & want to change that. I have a lot of work to do & I can do it right here in my home without worrying about people looking at me wondering why a big woman like me is with the gym rats. I've already cleaned up my diet & have gotten an elliptical to go with this. I'm ready. THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME HOPE TO GET MY LIFE & HEALTH BACK !!!!!!!! 🙏🏼❤️🙌🏻💪🏻
Love it! Just got mine today and I was so excited when it arrived :) I couldn't wait to use it, and as soon as it came out of the box and it was set up, I used it and I can easily say that I'm very pleased with my Total Gym!
I am over weight had to have one knee replaced. They are planning to do the other knee. They are stressing me to loose weight and daily exercising to prevent knee lockup. That's my reason for wanting to order total gym

I have a total gym but sure wish you all had a program that tells how long after a meal to start working out, and how many times a day or week and how many sets each time one works out
I have a Total Gym Platinum Plus, about 7 years old. I was setting it up after moving and I can't get it to lay flat after unfolding it, causing the seat to rill of track. Can't find my instructions either. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
