Total War: Shogun 2 is a great game. It's fun to play it in different ways. Going for the domination campaign was a great challenge, because you need to hold your empire together. I'm happy that I succeeded in claiming the world record.
This game has great gameplay and speedrunning it adds something new to the experience
It took a while to get the sub 60. Will hopefully be able to hold this record for a while. It's trickier than the short and long campaigns in many ways

I don't have that game but I have shogun 2: fall of the samurai (almost like a DLC of that game in a way, they are launched from the same file and there is an option to select rise of the samurai, shogun 2 and fall of the samurai etc), when you finish the campaign you get the same screen and there is an option to keep going, after that there is no restrictions so you can indeed conquer everything in the map If you want a reply from someone that actually has the shogun 2 "game" itself then please ignore my comment, I just thought I could help lol, fall of the samurai is kinda the same but in the boshin war (starts around the 1860s) but that's off topic, I think this guy has a video of that game too

Its beautiful how simply you play it. Because of the AI the game doesn't allow overthinking or simply enjoying the game...

Is it possible to make it less than a hour playing with any other faction? Hatakeyama for example

vanilla is much easier, the settlements have large garrison, try the large garrisson mod :D the first level 5 2-3 /10 4-5/ 15
