Turns out I did a good job on the frame! Now the body, that's not my forte, but we struggle along! Instagram - Mohawk.Motors Facebook - / mohawk-motors-10726031... Grab Some Gear! - mohawk-motors....
Awesome work on saving a couple from the junkman and making something worth being proud of. Giving me inspiration to get this swap project done before the snow falls and not wait till spring. If only my property wasn't over an hour away from where I live.
That is going to be an amazing truck for who ever buys it! The thing literally looks like new (or better) under the body. Someone is going to have a like new truck that is going to be SUPER good for insurance rates because it's 22 years old! There's no reason this truck shouldn't last another 20 years! (as long as the next owner can keep it between the lines, and out of the path of telephone poles lol)
Good video and nice job. As I watch you disassemble and reassemble these trucks all the time, I wonder if you have a selection of replacement parts for all the clips, plastic push rivets, and such, that are bound to break, or are already missing. The truck is looking and sounding good
Thank you! And yes I do, I have organizer trays filled with all the specific bolts, plastic push rivets, various connectors, little specific purpose brackets, clips, etc. Thank you very much, I'm really happy with it
Very nice work! I wish I had your talent. I got my tranny working on my HD, only got the engine to go PING and then violently tick tick tickety as i moved it into the driveway.
