Aston villa player was diving. How could it be a penalty?

Penalty for Villa was a joke. No wonder we're developing a generation of divers. Not good enough from the refs to allow it.

If there had been goals either side of the goal and maybe one above then Spurs could have scored a lot. Their penalty didn't look a penalty at all. Is this league also rigged like the Premier? Villa goalie looks good but he virtually gave away a goal by the early poor pass out from the back. From what we saw, on balance, should have been a draw.
