[Toubleshooting] How to wash and clean hydraulic shearing machine valve, fix the metal shear problem 

When the #shearingmachine can not work in a proper way like the blade rake can not move up and down even the motor and pump is running, the valve light is on when we step the footswitch that means the hydraulic relief valve is blocked. The relief valve is used to control the amount of hydraulic oil during the normal use of the #metalshear. If this valve is blocked, the valve core can not work normally in the valve, then machine will have the issue like what we mentioned above. For another situation like the shearing machine can not generate pressure when we cut the metal sheet, we also need to wash the valve. In order to solve this problem and let the machine run properly, we need to disassemble the hydraulic valve set and wash each part carefully, We will share the #troubleshooting video for better understanding step by step.
-Loosen the screws and take the above part down
-Take the valve core out and remove the impurity by hand
-Use other tool with magnetism to attach the scraps
-Install the valve core and other parts in the original position
-Start the motor and run the machine again
