Touch and go in the Piper Arrow PA-28R-200 at Dare County Airport in Manteo, NC 

After taking off from Dare County in Manteo, NC, the top door latch popped open and I couldn't get it to latch back. We landed back at the airport and while rolling down the runway I latched the door back and did a touch and go. Always a nice place to fly into.
